Research Description
Our research group is interested in the immunobiology of human melanoma, with a specific emphasis on translating basic science into novel investigational trials. Our efforts include studying the biology of dendritic cell vaccines alone and in combination with CTLA4 blockade, small molecules, and T cell receptor engineered T cells. We are also interested innate immunity, T regulatory cells and TGF beta signaling.
